Hope House Domestic Violence Agency to Recognize Supporters at Everyday Hero Luncheon

Lee’s Summit, MO - Hope House will host their 6thannual Everyday Hero Luncheon on Thursday, April 20, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. to1:30 p.m. at the Farmhouse KC Event Venue in Independence.  Six honorees will be recognized for their generous support of Hope House over the previous year through their time, talents and resources.

Dana Wright, from the #1 talk radio show in Kansas City, “Dana and Parks”, and Holly Enowski, Miss Branson 2023, will join the luncheon as guest speakers. The event promises to be uplifting and exciting as the guest speakers talk of their experiences serving others. Hope House is pleased to welcome back FOX4 Meteorologist, Karli Ritter, as emcee. Visionary Sponsors for the event include the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation and JE Dunn Construction.

“We are incredibly thankful for the work of our volunteers, donors, and supporters,” says MaryAnne Metheny, Hope House CEO. “Our supporters don’t expect recognition, they do it because they care. They are the driving force behind what we do, and we are grateful for our honorees’ dedication to our mission to break the cycle of domestic violence.”

Tickets and sponsorships for the event can be purchased at hopehouse.net. For more information on the event, please contact Ashley Thorpe at athorpe@hopehouse.net.
