Are you HHYP?

Hope House Young Professionals (HHYP) is a group committed to expanding the base of support for Hope House by building relationships and promoting its mission and initiatives throughout the Kansas City metro. 

Members are professionals in their 20s, 30s and 40s who want to make a difference, volunteer at events, attend socials, meet new friends, grow their networks and build leadership skills through fun social and networking opportunities. Members advocate on behalf of Hope House’s mission, fundraise to support programming, and volunteer at events.

June 14, 6-8pm – Joint happy hour with Young Friends of Art at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art, 4525 Oak St, KCMO. 

July 9, 6-8pm – Joint happy hour with Friends4R!KC (The Rehabilitation Institute) at The Jacobson, 2050 Central St, KCMO.

Help us out!

June 15, 5:15-9:00pm – Are you a fan of Broadway? We are looking for 25 volunteers to help us out at Starlight Theatre for the production of Catch Me if You Can to scan tickets, hand out programs and welcome theatre goers with a warm smile. What does this have to do with Hope House? Starlight provides Hope House with funds for the volunteer work. Starlight gets volunteers, Hope House gets money, and you can stay to watch the show for free! It’s a win-win-win situation! How do I join?

Membership is just $30 annually. Please download and print the membership application and return it to Hope House with your membership fee.
